Estimated Delivery Times
Dolls marked “In Stock USA” are shipped within 3–7 days. These orders are fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery.
All other orders:
United States: 12–24 days
Europe: 12–28 days
Canada: 12–28 days
Australia: 12–28 days
Rest of the World: 12–32 days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

Customs Fees & Taxes
United States:
Due to new tax policies announced by President Donald Trump in April 2025, some imported love dolls may be subject to local taxes at delivery. While most orders are not affected, please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes if charged.
Good news: Dolls marked “In Stock USA” are shipped domestically and are exempt from these taxes.
Canada, Australia, and other countries:
Import taxes or duties may be required at delivery. These fees are imposed by local authorities and typically range from $120 to $200 or more, depending on the doll.
We offer a pre-paid VAT and import tax service for some countries. Please contact us after placing your order to learn more.

Once your doll is ready, it will be shipped, and you'll receive a tracking number.
