1. Shipping
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. This includes careful packaging and delivery to your chosen address.
How long does delivery take?
Dolls marked In Stock USA or In Stock EU are usually shipped within 3-7 days from our local warehouses in the United States or Europe.
Estimated delivery times for other orders:
- United States: 12-24 days
- Europe: 12-28 days
- Canada: 12-28 days
- Australia: 12-28 days
- Rest of the world: 20-30 days
Do I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
For orders shipped from our USA warehouse to customers in the United States, there are no extra duties or import taxes.
For Europe, Canada, Australia, and other regions, local customs may charge import fees. These fees are usually around $120-$200 or more, depending on the doll and your country.
We may offer a pre-paid VAT service in selected countries. Contact us after placing your order if you need help with this option.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral boxes with no mention of the product or store branding on the outside. You may also request pickup from a local shipping facility. Contact us after checkout if you prefer this option.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is ready to ship, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Which couriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS. The courier is selected based on your location and delivery efficiency.
What is your shipping process?
After payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send your tracking number. You can select any convenient delivery address.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay securely using one of the available checkout options:
- Credit or debit card through our secure checkout page
- PayPal account
- PayPal guest checkout, when available, using a credit or debit card without logging into PayPal
- PayPal Credit, when available for eligible U.S. PayPal account holders
Do you offer PayPal Credit?
PayPal Credit may be available for eligible U.S. PayPal account holders at checkout. Availability and approval are handled by PayPal.
Why pay with PayPal?
PayPal offers a familiar checkout experience, buyer protection options, and an extra layer of privacy. Your card details are never shared with us and are stored securely by PayPal.
What will appear on my bank statement?
To help protect your privacy, charges may appear under discreet billing names with no mention of adult content. Billing descriptors may include:

I do not see the PayPal option. What should I do?
If PayPal is not showing at checkout, try using a desktop device, clearing your browser cookies, or checking that your card was verified if you are logged into your PayPal account.
3. Cleaning & Maintaining Your Doll
How do I clean my doll?
- Use warm water and mild soap to clean the body.
- Avoid soaking the head. Clean it separately with a damp cloth and mild shampoo.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Do not use a hair dryer.
- Optionally, apply baby powder or renewal powder to help keep the skin smooth.
- For makeup removal, use a damp cloth only.
- Wash the wig separately and let it air dry.
How should I store my doll?
- Keep the doll away from dark-colored fabrics to avoid stains.
- Do not store the doll wearing tight or elastic clothing.
- Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Place the doll on a soft surface or hang it to avoid pressure marks.
