At LoveDolls4.com, we aim to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. As our love dolls are custom-made, we have specific policies in place for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review the details below carefully.

Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation within 8 hours:
    You can cancel your order free of charge within 8 hours of placing it.

  2. Cancellation after 8 hours but within 24 hours:
    A cancellation fee of $125 will apply if you cancel your order after 8 hours but within 24 hours of purchase.

  3. Cancellation after 24 hours:
    After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total order amount.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your love doll. If you wish to return your doll, please note the following conditions:

  1. Condition of the doll:

    • The doll must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
    • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  2. Refund amount:

    • Returns are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total order amount if the above conditions are met.

  3. Shipping costs:

    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If your return meets our policy criteria, the refund process will begin, and 50% of the total order amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Please note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
