Tracking information
You will receive your order tracking number once your doll is ready for shipping. This will allow you to discreetly follow it every step of the way. 

Customs Fee & Taxes for the dolls shipped from the factory
We pay and handle customs to the USA. However, in some countries such as Canada and Australia import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. For some countries, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don't need to deal with customs, ask our team after placing your order if interested. 

Shipping Procedure
Your doll will be made specifically for you. After your order is done, the following will happen: Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we send you an order confirmation. We start the manufacturing process for your doll. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number, you can follow along with the delivery in real time. The doll is delivered to your home, or another location according to your convenience. 

Shipping Courier
We work with FedEx / UPS to ship your order. The choice of courier is made according to the destination of the package.
