Some of the common problems you could face when using PayPal:
1) I can't find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option
Try to order on a desktop device (computer) instead of Mobile/Tablet
2) I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all
Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies.
3) PayPal is not accepting my credit card.
Please double-check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.
4) Can I pay using cash upon delivery? I do not have any credit cards.
We are afraid that our business operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their buyer protection and thereby, validating our business. However, in the future, we may be able to accept cash upon delivery though. If you do not have any of the payment methods as stated perhaps you could get someone to help you with the payment first :)

By default, the shipping company will ship the doll to the “shipping address” of your order. If you want you can come to pick it up at a nearby shipping company facility. Customs Fee & Taxes for the dolls shipped from the factory
We pay and handle customs to the USA. However, in some countries such as Canada and Australia import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. For some countries, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don't need to deal with customs, ask our team after placing your order if interested.
Shipping Procedure
Your doll will be made specifically for you. After your order is done, the following will happen: Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we send you an order confirmation. We start the manufacturing process for your doll. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number, you can follow along with the delivery in real time. The doll is delivered to your home, or another location according to your convenience.
