Discreet Shipping
By default, the shipping company will ship the doll to the “shipping address” of your order. If you want you can come to pick it up at a nearby shipping company facility. For this special request please contact us after you place the order. In any case, your anonymity is our number 1 priority. We keep things as discreet as things need to be. The package will be in a neutral box. Outside the box, absolutely nothing shows it is a doll. Only you will know that there is a doll inside.

Tracking information
You will receive your order tracking number once your doll is ready for shipping. This will allow you to discreetly follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Procedure
After your order is done, the following will happen: Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we send you an order confirmation. We start to process your order. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number, you can follow along with the delivery in real time. The doll is delivered to your home, or another location according to your convenience.

Shipping Companies
We work with FedEx / UPS to ship your order. The choice of the carrier is made according to the destination of the package.

Please note that in order to minimize the packaging dimensions, the doll's head is not attached to the body during shipping. Re-attaching requires less than a minute.
