We pay and handle customs to the USA. However, in some countries such as Canada and Australia import taxes might be required at delivery. For some countries, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don't need to deal with customs, ask our team after placing your order if interested.
Shipping Procedure

We start the manufacturing process for your doll. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number, you can follow along with the delivery in real time. The doll is delivered to your home, or another location according to your convenience.

How will your payment show on your statement?
In order to ensure your privacy, if you choose to pay by credit card, your statement will show a payment to "LD4U ONLINE SHOP". If paying by PayPal, your statement will show that your account has been debited by "LITTLE GIFTS ONLINE".
Some of the common problems you could face when using PayPal:
1) I can't find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option
Try to order on a desktop device (computer) instead of Mobile/Tablet
2) I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all
Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies.
3) PayPal is not accepting my credit card.
Please double-check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.
4) Can I pay using cash upon delivery? I do not have any credit cards.
We are afraid that our business operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their buyer protection and thereby, validating our business. However, in the future, we may be able to accept cash upon delivery though. If you do not have any of the payment methods as stated perhaps you could get someone to help you with the payment first :)
