Dolls marked “In Stock US” or “In Stock EU” are shipped within 3–7 days. These orders are fulfilled directly from our local warehouses in the United States or Europe for faster delivery.
All other orders:

Europe: 12–28 days
Canada: 12–28 days
Australia: 12–28 days
Rest of the World: 12–32 days
Customs Fees & Taxes
United States:
There are no import taxes, customs duties, or additional delivery charges for shipments to the United States. All orders to U.S. addresses are tax-free and hassle-free -you won’t pay anything beyond the price at checkout.
Europe, Canada, Australia, and other countries:
