Customs Fee & Taxes
We pay and handle custom to USA, Europe & UK. However, in some countries such as Canada and Australia import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. For some countries, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don't need to deal with customs, ask our team after placing your order if interested.
Shipping Procedure
Your doll will be custom made specifically for you. After your order, the following will happen: Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we send you an order confirmation. We start the manufacturing process for your doll. Once the doll is ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number, you can follow along with the delivery in real time. The doll is delivered to your home, or another location according to your convenience.
Discreet Shipping
By default, the shipping company will ship the doll to the “shipping address” of your order. If you want you can come to pick it up at a nearby shipping company facility. For this special request please contact us after you place the order. In any case, your anonymity is our number 1 priority. We keep things as discreet as things need to be. The package will be in a neutral box. Outside the box, absolutely nothing shows it is a doll. Only you will know that there is a doll inside.
